WE SHIP WORLDWIDE & WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING ON US ORDERS OVER $50

GlamysBox is located in New Jersey! Our current hours of operation:

9am-5pm Local eastern time-Monday-Friday 

Shipping stop time is 5pm EST. Any orders placed on the weekends will be processed the next business day. 

Shipping price can range from  $4.95 to $ 9.95 for US and Canada Customers, and a flat rate of $15.95 for all other International Orders. Note: Some items due to licensing restrictions are not shipped outside the USA ( Please read products descriptions for more info.)

Many of our items are shipped directly from the USA, while others may be shipped from our international warehouse, in some cases directly from our suppliers. 

Shipping times

Processing Time + Shipping Time = Delivery Time 

Shipping times vary; we aim to process your order within 2-5 days, after processing your order, delivery can be from 5-10 working days if shipped from within the USA, or normally between 10-20 working days if shipped from our overseas warehouse.

Items shipped internationally may take up to 4 weeks for delivery due to customs check.

Once your item has been shipped, you will be supplied with a tracking number. If your tracking doesn’t show the most up to date status, please do not panic, it's on its way :)

Holiday Season

NOTE: During a seasonal period ( Halloween, Valentine's Day, Christmas, Easter) there might be some delay in the posting process. During this period, please allow 7 extra business days for delivery. If an item has not been delivered within the approx. day stated above plus 7 extra days; please send us an email, we will refund your shipping cost as well as an exclusive discount coupon.

All prices listed on our website exclude any shipping fees which are calculated upon checkout.

Multiple Shipments:

The items you order may be shipped from several locations and may arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances.


INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

IMPORTANT NOTE TO ALL CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE  USA:  You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes, and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.

We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties.If the customer's country or region charges fees like import tariff, value added tax, customs handling fees, etc, the customer will have to bear the charge(s). The fees will be collected by the Post Office or courier service provider of the customer's country or region. In case the delivery of an order is delayed due to customs, we bear no responsibility in this circumstances. We do not issue any proof of export documents, such as proof of country of origin, or export visas.

NOTE: On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take up to 4-weeks. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination country's customs clearance processes. Shipping to certain countries may require additional shipping fees due to the geographical location.

Backorders

If the item you have selected is currently not in stock we will give you a follow-up by email and a full credit or refund.

 

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that he or she enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.

If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund.
