Refunds & Exchanges

 

Glamysbox Makes online shopping a positive experience, and we want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied with the items you received, it's easy for you to get an exchange or refund. Please email us at support@glamysbox.com and we will do the best we can to find a solution. 

Returns Policy

Only regular priced items are eligible for returns and refunds. All items on sale or paired with any other promotion or discount code are considered as a Final Sale, therefore it is important that you check that the product is suitable and sizing is correct before order. 

To be eligible for a return, you must return the item within 15 days of receipt in wich your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene nature: Bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories including hats.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, or you will not be issued with a refund. 

You are responsible for any shipping or logistic cost involved in returning an item.

Our Exchange Policy 

In the event that you need a simple exchange of the same product but in a different size, we will be happy to honor your request. You will only need to pay for the items shipping cost depending on your location. 

Defective Or Incorrect Item 

We can make mistakes and we apologize for that.  If you believe that you have received a defective or incorrect item ( style, color, size), you must notify us within 3 DAYS of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. We will pay for the return shipping for defective or incorrectly processed orders, and do our best to get you the original item as soon as possible.  

 Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 This may take up to 7 days to be processed and is dependent upon our payment processor and your credit card company.

Please do not file a dispute with Paypal or Stripe as the internal investigation will delay the refund by at least 21 days until Paypal review.

You can also opt for an in-store credit for more convenience. 


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@glamysbox.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Additional non-returnable items:
Under no circumstances are Gift Cards refundable.

Shipping
To return your product, you should email us at support@glamysbox.com and you will be given return shipping instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
