How much is Shipping?

Depending on the product it's usually a Flat rate that ranges from $ 4.95 to $ 9.95 on orders inside the USA and Canada.

International Orders is $ 15.95.

Shipping is free for all US orders over $ 50!

How Long does it take for an order to arrive?

Once you placed your order, please allow 2-5  days to process your orders.

After processing your order, delivery can be between 1 - 2 weeks if shipped from within the USA, or normally between 2- 3 weeks if shipped from our international warehouse.

During High Peak seasons please allow 2-4 weeks four US delivery and please allow 3-4 weeks for international delivery.

 Why is my order status Processing and what do you mean by business days in the Estimating Shipping Time?

An order status of "Processing" means your order has been entered into our system; Is the process or work-flow associated with the picking, packing and delivery of the packed items to a shipping carrier.

Depending on your order. The order status will remain as "Processing" until we receive a shipment tracking information. After the order is processed you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Business days are the days between and holding from Monday through Friday, and do not include public holidays and weekends.

How can I track my order?

To track your order, please click on the link in your dispatch confirmation email.

We also have a Track your Order link on our online store, that will help you track your shipment at any time. 

Once you're on the page just type in your tracking number and click Track.

Note: If your tracking doesn’t show the most up to date status, please do not panic, it's on its way :)

What payment method do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through the stripe payment system. We accept paypal as well.  Sorry but no checks allowed.

How do I return an item?

If you're not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 15 days from receiving your order. 

Our customer service team will review your return request and will send you further instructions If the return is approved.

All return fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I use a Promo Code?

You’ll see the option to ‘Enter a Promo Code’ at the online checkout. To redeem the offer, just enter your code into the box. Only one code can be used per transaction. Make sure you do this before placing your order - promotion codes cannot be applied afterwards.

 What if I received a wrong item? 

On very rare occasions, we do make mistakes on shipping item. Please contact us at support@glamysbox.com when this happens.

We reserve the right to request for photos of the wrong item shipped to you.
